Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped exclusively via PUDO Locker-to-Door. This is our only available delivery method.

Delivery Fee:

A flat shipping fee of R100 applies to all orders.Processing & ShippingOrders are processed once payment has been successfully received.Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday.

How Delivery Works:

Your order will be shipped through the PUDO delivery network and delivered directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery and contact details are correct.

Returns & Issues:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can assist you.

IMPORTANT: PUDO LOCKER-TO-DOOR IS THE ONLY SHIPPING OPTION AVAILABLE.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped using PUDO Locker-to-Locker delivery.
When placing your order, please select your preferred PUDO locker — preferably the locker closest to you — and provide the correct locker name and location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Terpgod Genetics Seed Return & Refund Policy

At Terpgod Genetics, we take pride in offering high-quality, authentic cannabis seeds. Because cannabis seeds are live biological products, our return and exchange procedures are subject to specific terms outlined below.

1. Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and falls under our standard return policy.

2. Returns of Unopened Products

Return Window: You may return unopened products within [14 / 30] days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, seeds must remain in their original, unopened, tamper-evident packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened packages due to quality control and contamination risks.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product:

Contact us at terpgodgenetic@gmail.com within [48–72 hours] of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the package and its contents.
Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a store credit/refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
